‘Beden Gemisinde Dünya Seferi’ is my first personal exhibition, but visual arts have been integrated into my work throughout my career. Using environmentally conscious, respectful, and sustainable materials is one of my important values in both stage and visual art productions. For this reason, the materials used in the exhibition were produced between approximately 1940 and 1990. The texture and feeling that time has given them spatially contextualize and unify the past and the present. Materials that do not have direct communication with each other are separated from their production purposes and meanings, and through associations, they are reinterpreted, transformed, and altered. New formations and concepts are nourished by neo-spiritualist sources and combinations of thought. It explores questions like who am I, where am I, and why am I here, and seeks answers to these questions. This research is in a state of infinity, with questions and answers being layered. Everything in the world is interconnected and related. Therefore, art is a suitable tool for depicting these direct or indirect connections, opening up space for understanding, and contemplating. The works and formations in the exhibition serve this purpose."
