The story of "Hichane" began in 2012 in the Gregorian calendar and 1433 in the Hijri calendar. Located in the heart of Anatolia, where the mystery of the East meets the rationality of the West, Hichane was born in an 80-year-old building right next to the Mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi in Konya. With its characteristic of being an organic space that changes, develops, and transforms, it has unfurled and evolved over the years like a human being. Always maintaining a distance from the mainstream, it stood strong against the pressure of institutional identity. It progressed in its own way, as it knew best. In a free and original development process, it became a hub for travelers who embarked on their journeys from all over the world, resembling an inn. Every visitor touched Hichane and left traces of themselves. People drew sustenance from Hichane, and Hichane, in turn, drew from the people.

The Body Awareness Workshop aims to strengthen the communication between the body and mind, building a receptive body open to new ideas. It consists of specific exercises focused on aligning the body's architecture, recognizing energy flows, and regulating them, as well as exploring how energy can be regenerated through movement. It helps to fluidly transmit information from the mind to the body.
